Totara LMS is an extended version of "moodle", the most popular open source LMS in the world. Totara LMS is an LMS specialized in developing human resources for organizations.
In addition to learning management functions, this includes a rich set of features necessary for organizational talent development, such as organizational hierarchy management, employee learning management, and employee evaluation functions.
