Overview of the Lecture

Until now, translation companies have often marketed themselves with "high quality" and "strict quality control," setting a consistent translation quality standard and pricing for all projects.

However, as we move into a new era of translation, translation companies are required to set quality standards and pricing according to the diverse needs and content at each instance.

At Human Science, as a domestic multi-language vendor, we are working on creating a framework for setting translation quality standards tailored to various needs and content, reflecting feedback from clients and translators, and referencing quality management methods from other industries, as well as implementing processes to maintain quality.

In this session, we will introduce efforts to "visualize" the translation quality and quality management processes that have not been standardized in the domestic translation industry and have often become black boxes, while considering quality management for the future.
