Launch of e-Training Material "- For Young and Mid-Level Employees – Critical Thinking" | News & Topics

This training material is designed to develop critical thinking skills—the ability to think objectively, from multiple perspectives, and rationally—addressing challenges faced by junior and mid-level employees in their work. Participants will learn to recognize thinking habits, organize evidence using frameworks, and practically acquire skills to create persuasive proposals and presentations. This course is ideal for those struggling with issues such as "unable to make proposals that get across" or "difficulty organizing their thoughts."

"- For Young and Mid-Level Employees – Critical Thinking" is designed to achieve the following learning objectives.
Understand the characteristics of critical thinking
Learn and be able to apply frameworks useful for critical thinking
Be able to summarize the main points of a proposal into a one-page plan or a one-minute speech

The e-training portal (online training) has no minimum number of users required and is available from one month per course.

You can start the training immediately after applying, making it easy to begin your training.
The materials (in PowerPoint and Excel formats) can be freely customized by the customer and converted into teaching materials using your own tools,
