Human Science Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku, Tokyo: President and CEO Tsuyoshi Kumazawa) will start offering the March e-training portal (online training) and e-training materials for business skills (for young and mid-level employees) titled "-Problem-Solving Techniques for Young and Mid-Level Employees-".

This material introduces specific techniques to address various issues encountered in daily operations, aiming to enhance problem-solving skills at both individual and organizational levels.
You can learn practical skills such as the problem-solving process, gap analysis, solution planning frameworks, setting metrics, and reflection.

"- For Young and Mid-Career Employees - Problem Solving Techniques" is designed to achieve the following learning objectives.

Learn and be able to practice frameworks that assist in problem solving

The materials (in PowerPoint and Excel formats) can be freely customized by the customer and converted into teaching materials using your own tools,
