Human Science Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo: President and Director Tsuyoshi Kumazawa) has renewed the e-learning material "STOP! Maternity Harassment ~ For Creating a Comfortable Workplace ~" to comply with the revised 2022 Childcare and Nursing Care Leave Law, on June 14, 2022.

The revised Childcare and Family Care Leave Act has been gradually implemented since April 2022.
Under this act, measures to create a workplace environment that makes it easier to take childcare leave have been made mandatory, one of which is the implementation of training on childcare leave and postpartum paternity leave.
In order to make it easier for both men and women to take childcare leave and postpartum paternity leave, it is necessary for all employees to acquire the correct knowledge and change their awareness.
Therefore, in the renewal of this material, we will explain the divided acquisition of childcare leave and postpartum paternity leave (childbirth childcare leave), which will be gradually implemented from April to October 2022, and provide an understanding of the latest information on maternity harassment and systems related to childbirth and childcare.
