Notice Regarding Coronavirus Infections at Our Company (2021/1/25)

Dear Business Partners

One of our employees has been infected with the novel coronavirus and tested positive in a PCR test.
The positive notification was received by the individual on January 24 (Sunday), and the observation period lasts until January 28 (Thursday), during which they are required to stay at home. It has been confirmed that the employee has been working remotely for more than a month prior to the positive confirmation and has not been in the office.
Therefore, it is presumed that there has been no transmission of the virus through business interactions with our clients.
We have reported this infection to the building we occupy and the relevant health department, and it was determined that there is no need for notification to other tenants or for disinfection measures.
In order to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees, we are fully implementing remote work. All employees, regardless of employment type (full-time, contract, part-time) and temporary staff, are basically working from home without coming to the office.
Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize the elimination of infection risks and the safety of our clients and employees, striving to provide stable services that can be used with peace of mind.
