Measures Against the New Coronavirus (Updated 6/20)

Human Science Co., Ltd. is working on infection control measures in reference to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, aiming to ensure the safety and security of our customers, business partners, and all employees and their families, regardless of employment type, in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
Below, we will describe our efforts. We kindly ask for your understanding of our intentions and your cooperation.

■Request to Customers and Business Partners
・We kindly ask all customers and business partners to wash their hands and gargle. Additionally, we have provided alcohol disinfectant near our entrance, and we appreciate your cooperation in our sanitation measures.
・Regarding visits to customers and business partners, we may suggest using web or telephone conferencing to minimize the number of people traveling. Thank you for your understanding.

■Preventive Measures for Employees
・If possible, we recommend working from home and staggered commuting when attendance is necessary. When commuting at staggered times, it is effective to avoid rush hours and crowded trains (limited express, rapid, etc.) on each line and to use local trains.
・To ensure that the company can reach you in case of urgent communication during staggered commuting or telework, please confirm and use means such as mobile phones and chat tools with your supervisor.
・For visits to customers and business partners, we will use methods such as web and telephone conferences to minimize the number of people traveling.
・When entering the company building, please thoroughly disinfect your hands with alcohol.
・Please wash your hands thoroughly as needed during work hours.
・If you have symptoms of a cold, such as a fever, please do not come to work. If you experience cold symptoms such as a fever, please measure and record your temperature daily.
・Employees with diabetes, hypertension, or other ongoing treatments, as well as those with family members who have such conditions, are advised to consult their primary care physician early about how to respond if they feel feverish or unwell.
・Let’s practice cough etiquette. There are many infectious diseases, including influenza, that can be transmitted through droplets from coughing or sneezing. "Cough etiquette" means that individuals should cover their mouth and nose with a mask, tissue, handkerchief, or sleeve when coughing or sneezing to prevent the spread of these infections to others. It is especially important to practice this in crowded places such as trains, workplaces, and schools. 1. Wear a mask. 2. Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or a handkerchief. 3. Cover with the inside of your clothing or sleeve.
