<前回のセミナーの様子>

Machine Translation Seminar

The introduction of machine translation (automatic translation/MT) is progressing in domestic companies, mainly focusing on European languages. On the other hand, in the translation from Japanese to English, many companies seem to believe that the quality of machine translation has not yet reached a sufficient level due to differences in grammatical structure, making practical application difficult.

However, in Japanese-English machine translation, it is certainly possible to utilize machine translation depending on the project conditions and the workflow being established.

In this seminar, we will introduce case studies handled by our company and delve into specific points on how to utilize Japanese-English machine translation for technical documents and user manuals.

We will also discuss cases where the implementation of Japanese-English machine translation has successfully reduced costs and shortened translation periods.

・I want to shorten the lead time for Japanese-English translation

・I want to reduce the cost of Japanese-English translation

・I want to quickly translate internal documents into English

・I want to utilize machine translation for Japanese-English translation, but I don't know how to do it.

・Uncertainty about whether machine translation can be used for our documents

・I want to know the key points for selecting a machine translation engine for Japanese-English translation
