I will serve as the coordinator for the panel discussion "How to Nurture Industrial Equipment Manual Creators - Developing In-House Manual Talent and Skills" at the TC Symposium in Kyoto.

On Friday, October 7, 2016, at the TC Symposium in Kyoto,

"How to Nurture Industrial Equipment Manual Creators - Developing In-House Manual Talent and Skills" under this theme, we will hold a panel discussion.

Human Science will participate as a coordinator.

 

Creating industrial equipment manuals requires knowledge of specialized fields and products.

As a result, many manufacturers produce manuals in-house.

In the development of technical writers, there is almost no systematic education on technical communication (TC) through in-house training, and it can be said that the current situation relies on external training and on-the-job training unique to the manual production department.

In this session, we will focus on methods for developing in-house manual creators and explore common methods based on various companies' initiatives to enhance business succession and organizational performance.
