Job Description

• ・This job involves creating Korean data for AI (computer) to learn in order to improve the accuracy of smartphone voice assistants.
  ・Tags will be applied to Korean text based on English guidelines.
  ・An experienced reviewer will check the work, provide feedback, and make corrections as necessary.
  ・You will collaborate with other team members, discuss challenges, and exchange opinions while progressing with the tasks.
  ・If any questions or uncertainties arise, they will be logically organized and summarized, shared among stakeholders to derive solutions.

Desired Personnel

• <Required Qualifications>
  ・Must be from South Korea and have Korean as a native language (must have educational background in Korea up to high school)
  ・English proficiency of approximately TOEIC score of 700 or higher
  　*Able to read guidelines/work instructions written in English
  ・Japanese proficiency at a daily conversation level is acceptable
  ・Understanding of Korean culture and lifestyle
  ・Possession of permanent residency or spouse visa in Japan
  ・Possess research skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and logical thinking skills
  
  <Welcome Conditions>
  ・More than 1 year of experience in annotation or translation work
  ・Experience in reading English documents on a daily basis
  ・Regular use of smartphone voice assistants (such as Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant)
  ・Experience in language-related fields such as linguistics, translation, localization, writing, and natural language processing
  ・Knowledge of iOS/macOS and experience using iPhone/Mac
  ・Experience in creating documents in Korean or related tasks
  ・Knowledge of simple commands (ability to infer command intent from combinations of variable keywords)
  ・Experience in team management or leadership
  ・Experience in data quality control and review
  ・Experience in member education and development
  ・Ability to provide feedback utilizing logical thinking
  *The training period, including data annotation work, is expected to be about 3 weeks.

Salary

• Hourly wage: 1,850 yen

Working Hours

• Weekdays only 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (actual working hours 8 hours) *5 days a week
