Pre-employment Training

Group Training

During the first two weeks after joining the company, all new employees will participate in group training. In this group training, you will learn the basics of being a professional, such as business manners, basic PC and IT skills, proofreading, and the essential production skills needed to work in human sciences. Please make sure to solidly learn the foundations that will support your future success during these two weeks.

Basic Business Training

We conduct training focused on improving human skills and business skills that are difficult to acquire in daily work. We have previously implemented training programs such as communication training, presentation training, and goal management training. We review our training plans every year to ensure we provide the most suitable training.

OJT Training

OJT stands for "On-the-Job Training," which teaches the skills and knowledge necessary for the job through actual work experience. After completing group training, new employees will be assigned to various departments. In each department, each of you will be paired with a senior employee responsible for training, who will carefully educate you on various skills, project management, personnel management, and more through your work.

New Employee Business Presentation

After six months of joining the company, we provide an opportunity for new employees to present what they have learned so far, the projects they have been involved in, and their future outlook. Each person will give a presentation with their own creative approach, and questions, feedback, and advice will be exchanged from executives and senior employees.


Other Education and Training Systems

Proficiency in Specialized Skills

We hold regular in-house study sessions and participate in external training to acquire skills and knowledge directly related to our work. Additionally, the purchase of necessary books for work is recognized as an education expense covered by the company. Depending on the projects we are involved in, we also participate in training organized by clients to deepen our product knowledge. Furthermore, there is a system in place to subsidize examination fees to support obtaining qualifications.

Improvement of Business Skills

We participate in various training programs such as communication training, goal management training, negotiation training, management training, problem-solving training, and delegation training, categorized by hierarchy, to enhance human skills and business skills. We hope that you will not only improve your technical skills and knowledge but also acquire human skills and business skills, aiming to become employees who can excel at various stages.

Subtask (Committee Activities)

Within the company, we are not only engaged in daily operations but also launching numerous committee activities aimed at long-term growth that connects to future business as sub-tasks. The content varies, including improving operational efficiency, expanding resources, enhancing quality, and researching machine translation and the latest technologies. A common thread in all committee activities is the pursuit of better outcomes without being satisfied with the current state.
