New Employee Training

Pre-employment Training

Group Training

For the first two weeks after joining the company, all new employees will participate in a group training session. During this training, you will learn the basics of being a working professional, such as business etiquette, PC and IT fundamentals, and proofreading, which are essential for working at Human Science. Please make sure to learn the foundations that will help you succeed in your future endeavors during these two weeks.

Basic Business Training

We conduct training focused on improving human skills and business skills, which are difficult to acquire in daily work. We have a track record of conducting communication training, presentation training, goal management training, etc. Every year, we review our training plan and strive to provide the most suitable training.

OJT Training

OJT stands for "On-the-Job Training", which is the process of teaching necessary skills and knowledge for work through actual job duties. After completing the group training, new employees will be assigned to each department. In each department, each of you will be assigned a senior employee in charge of education, who will carefully teach various skills, project management, and personnel management through job duties.

New Employee Business Presentation

After six months of joining the company, we provide a platform for new employees to present what they have learned, projects they have been involved in, and their future prospects. Each person gives a presentation with their own unique ideas, and receives questions, feedback, and advice from executives and senior employees.


Other Education and Training Programs

Mastery of Specialized Skills

We participate in regular in-house study sessions and external training in order to acquire technical skills and knowledge directly related to our work. In addition, we are allowed to purchase necessary books for our work as part of the company's education expenses. Depending on the project we are working on, we also attend training sessions organized by our clients to deepen our product knowledge. Furthermore, we have a system in place to support qualification acquisition by providing assistance with exam fees.

Improving Business Skills

We participate in communication training, goal management training, negotiation training, management training, problem-solving training, delegation of authority training, etc. in a hierarchical manner to improve our human skills and business skills. We hope that you will not only improve your technical and knowledge skills, but also acquire human skills and business skills, and aim to be employees who can play an active role in various stages.

Subtask (Committee Activities)

In addition to daily tasks, we have launched numerous committee activities with the aim of long-term growth that will contribute to future business. These activities cover a wide range of topics such as improving work efficiency, expanding resources, enhancing quality, and researching machine translation and the latest technologies. The common goal of all committee activities is to strive for improvement and not settle for the current state.
