Job Description

• ・This job involves creating Japanese data for AI (computer) to learn in order to improve the accuracy of smartphone voice assistants.
  ・Tagging Japanese text based on English guidelines.
  ・An experienced reviewer checks the work, provides feedback, and makes corrections as necessary.
  ・Collaborating with other team members to discuss issues and exchange opinions while progressing with the tasks.
  ・If any questions or uncertainties arise, they will be logically organized and summarized, shared among stakeholders to derive solutions.

Desired Personnel

• <Required Qualifications>
  ・English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher
  　 *Ability to read guidelines/work instructions written in English
  ・Native-level ability in Japanese, including reading and writing, not just conversation
  ・Interest in the latest IT products
  ・Strong research, questioning, communication, and teamwork skills
  ・Willingness to cooperate in preventing information leaks and ensuring security
  <Preferred Qualifications>
  ・More than 1 year of experience in annotation or translation work
  ・Experience reading English documents regularly in a work setting
  ・Regular user of smartphone voice assistants (such as Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant)
  ・Experience in language-related fields such as linguistics, translation, localization, writing, or natural language processing
  ・Knowledge of iOS/macOS and experience using iPhone/Mac
  ・Knowledge of simple commands (ability to infer command intent from combinations of variable keywords)
  *The training period, including data annotation work, is expected to be about 3 weeks.

Salary Details

• ・Hourly wage: 1,850 yen
  └Monthly example: 296,000 yen (based on 8 hours a day, 20 days of work)
  └Annual example: 3,552,000 yen (based on 8 hours a day, 20 days of work)
  For those entrusted with a leader position, we will discuss the hourly wage.
  ・Transportation expenses will be provided separately.
  ・Paid leave/benefits, etc.: In accordance with the law

  1 minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station

Working Hours

• Weekdays only 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (actual working hours 8 hours) *5 days a week
  Overtime: Basically none
