Upcoming Seminars

———————————————————————————————————————————————
We will be holding a free machine translation seminar on May 31, 2017 (Wednesday) titled "Machine Translation Implementation Support Seminar for Achieving Workstyle Reform"!

In order to achieve "workstyle reform", improving work efficiency and productivity has become a major challenge for companies in various industries and business types in Japan.
Amidst this, the introduction of machine translation is also progressing in departments that create manuals and technical documents for domestic companies as one of the efforts to improve work efficiency and productivity.

・We want to streamline the translation work that has been done by internal translators and improve productivity per person.
・We want to translate documents that have not been translated due to short deadlines, large volumes, etc.
・Instead of being overwhelmed by translation work, we want to spend more time on higher value-added tasks.
・We also want to reduce costs and shorten lead times for translation work outsourced to external sources.

With these needs in mind, there has been an increase in domestic companies implementing machine translation for the improvement and streamlining of translation tasks.
Recently, machine translation engines equipped with neural network mechanisms have emerged, garnering significant attention due to the drastic improvement in translation accuracy. It is now possible to reduce translation workload while maintaining the same level of quality.
However, in order to effectively utilize machine translation and implement work style reforms, it is essential to conduct cost-effectiveness evaluations, design workflows, and gain consensus from relevant parties before implementation.

In this seminar, we will explain to the representatives of companies considering the introduction of machine translation how machine translation is being utilized in domestic companies, and the steps to successfully implement machine translation, while introducing case studies of machine translation implementation in various companies.
If you have previously considered implementing machine translation but gave up midway, or if you have implemented it but were unable to achieve the desired results, we encourage you to attend.

After the seminar, we will be happy to provide individual consultations as needed. Please check the "Individual Consultation Request" box on the application form.
