Fujitsu develops PCs for both general users and businesses.

In particular, for PCs aimed at general users, while there is support available through the internet and phone, providing manuals in paper form is a unique mission of Fujitsu.

Human Science has the strength of being able to handle not only manuals, but also e-learning content and translation tasks all at once, which is not possible with temporary staffing agencies.

We have received cooperation from more than 10 resident staff at times.

The person who is currently playing a central role in the manual creation team has been with Fujitsu since 2003.

We are utilizing the experience of DTP operators to smoothly handle tasks such as ordering from printing companies.

In addition, they also contribute to the development of manual creation know-how as a lecturer for InDesign operation training in the manual production team.

Now, as a sub-leader, I am also in charge of coordinating the entire manual creation team.

It is now an essential existence.

It would be helpful to have the development department directly involved in the creation process and reflecting it in the manual, as the current development situation makes it difficult to outsource.

In addition, by continuing to engage for many years, understanding of the product will deepen.

Even if there is only one modification in the manual, there may be multiple affected areas and it often affects other product manuals as well. Being able to make such judgments quickly is very reassuring.

From development to printing, it is very rewarding to be able to direct the entire process, including both the Japanese and English versions.

I have gained knowledge of PCs through daily interactions with development staff, assisted in taking photos for creating illustrations for manuals, and learned about the background of development and manual creation as well as the situation of our customers. Personally, I feel that I have grown through these experiences.
