Customer Requests

1. Want to reduce the burden on the person in charge because there is no know-how for e-learning production

2. Don't want to spend time investigating and resolving any questions that arise during production.

3. To prevent confusion among students due to variations in specifications during production.

FUJIFILM Service Creative Corp. supports sales activities from various angles through sales administration and call center operations.

In particular, in support work that involves contact with customers, a lot of knowledge about various equipment and accurate responses are required. Therefore, the on-site staff of each department have been actively working on improving their skills, such as creating e-learning on their own.

However, due to the trial and error process, there was a significant burden in the production, and problems such as lack of unified specifications between departments began to arise. They were searching for a solution.

Therefore, we have received an inquiry about utilizing our in-house e-Learning support to promote learning and standardization of production know-how.

Human Science Solutions

1. Create a curriculum that explains the basic theory of e-learning production.

2. Hear and reflect on customer's questions and concerns during the session, and incorporate them into the curriculum.

3. Conduct specific improvement point feedback and advice for standardization through three reviews.

We proposed a practical curriculum using actual manuscripts that were written, as we were able to directly involve the production staff.

After reviewing the manuscript beforehand, it was clear what needed to be taught and there were also plenty of images and videos included. Therefore, we have decided to not only cover general theories, but also focus on improvement points and tips for production based on the current situation.

    Customer Feedback

We have requested Human Science Co., Ltd. to provide production support with the aim of acquiring know-how for effective and efficient content creation in order to internally produce e-learning content suitable for our company's business.

In the session, we were taught the basic flow from planning and planning stage to content creation work in a very easy-to-understand manner. I was reminded of the importance of firmly grasping the basics such as "planning sheet" and "table of contents structure".

When it comes to content creation, we received specific feedback and it was very informative. In particular, the instructional design approach, effective use of colors and animations, tips and tricks for maintaining the learners' concentration, and other valuable knowledge based on extensive e-learning development experience, made the content meaningful and beneficial for the learners.

We will continue to use the advice we have received to improve our content. Thank you very much for this opportunity.

    From Human Science representative

    20170607095702

Not only did you participate in all three sessions, but you also worked on tasks such as writing, editing, and content creation at the same time. I believe this was a significant burden for you.

However, everyone was very enthusiastic and positive, with a clear goal of "creating better content". The instructors at Human Science were also influenced by this passion, and I feel that the sessions were filled with energy.

Animations and live-action videos were actively used depending on the content of the learning. In particular, live-action videos are extremely effective tools that convey the message at a glance. Although they are often seen as intimidating and avoided, you have made sure to use them in the most appropriate way in the necessary areas, which impressed me.

To acquire the necessary skills and know-how for e-learning production, it is most effective to not only learn the theory, but also to actually write and create. Our instructors have all been involved in production for a long time and have learned their know-how through actual work. We hope that the skills and know-how we share during the session will be a helpful contribution to the development of e-learning production for FUJIFILM Service Creative Corp.
