Recently, starting with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Cliff of 2025" report, there has been a growing trend towards promoting DX to improve business efficiency and increase productivity, resulting in an abundance of tools and methods in the market.


In such a situation, many people may have thought, "I wish a robot could do this job for me" or "I want to automate and streamline my daily tasks."


"RPA" automates tasks to meet such needs.
It has a low barrier to entry as it can be operated without special skills such as programming, and many companies have adopted it.


On the other hand, as stated in the report by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, many companies are currently facing the reality that "although some investment is being made to promote DX, it is not leading to actual business transformation."
Unfortunately, the same trend can be seen even after the introduction of RPA.


In order to successfully implement business reform through RPA, it is important to first firmly grasp its purpose and key points.
